Return/Refund Policy
Product Returns
- Product return is allowed for the products (except for the products which are part of the promotions like Clearance Sale and hygienic products).
- You may return the products delivered to you by placing a return request within 7 working days after the receipt of the product.
- We will not be able to process the return request after 7 days of delivery of the product(s).
- You may replace the products delivered to you by placing a product replacement request within 7 working days after the receipt of the product.
- We will not be able to process the replacement request after 7 days of delivery of the product(s).
- We will levy a nominal product exchange charge of Rs 200/- per order to facilitate pick-up of products from your location and also delivery of the replacement products as per your request.
- Please ensure that products are not used and all the products tags and boxes are intact. We will not be able to process the exchange in case the above is not in order.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of deliver with photographs of said damage.
- We will not be able to process the replacement request if the issue is highlighted after 48 hours of receipt of the product(s).
- Please ensure that products are not used and all the products tags and boxes are intact. We will not be able to process the replacement in case the above is not in order.
Refund Policy
At CHAKDE SPORTS, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the fulfillment of the conditions listed below:
Full Refunds Possible Only If: you received a defective item and product packaging is not opened, product not used. • Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
