Order Cancellation

You may cancel the order before the products are delivered to you by contacting us and placing a cancellation request.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges are applicable for all orders. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
• International order would take 8-10 working days to from the date of dispatch.
• We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outrage etc. We will inform you of cancelation of your order and will offer you an opportunity of refund. 
• We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. CHAKDE SPORTS is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of CHAKDE SPORTS. 
• Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon CHAKDE SPORTS shipment to the shipping carrier.
